Coming in the next update

A cozy home, a hero and an adventure — all fuelled by your jumps.

The game in Simple Jump Rope Pro turns practice into something to come back to. Your companion lives in a warm low-poly cottage, your character sheet is written by your real training, and your last workout is the attack on the adventure map.

Today's App Store version (1.0.2) counts jumps with your iPhone camera and includes the course. The cottage, hero, adventure, guided workouts and 3D lesson films arrive in version 1.1. Free to download; Pro is optional.

Home screen: Hoppity, level 13, in the cottage with need rings for fullness 76%, energy 72%, joy 88% and clean 100%, and care buttons Feed, Play, Rest, Clean and Decorate.
Battle stage: Hoppity faces Pixel Spider on a low-poly grass arena. The last hit dealt 1,216 damage from 1,520 jumps.

1 · The cottage

Look after your companion with what you earn.

Your companion sits centre stage in a timber-and-plaster cottage, with a window sky that follows your local time of day. Four rings show how it’s feeling. Tap any ring for a quick explanation of how to fill it.

  • FullnessFeed
  • EnergyRest
  • JoyPlay
  • CleanClean
Cared-for bonus: keep at least three of the four needs at 60% or more and your workouts deal 10% more damage on the map.
Feed tray: fullness 99%, an explanation that food is found while jumping, and a pantry with three moonberries and a garden bento.
Decorate mode over the whole cottage: comfort 16, furniture categories bed, rug, plant and lamp, with a glow pebble owned and an arc lamp for 95 coins.

Care actions

ActionWhat it does
FeedUse food you find while jumping: a moonberry every 100 jumps, a garden bento every 300, a feast every 1,000. You can also buy treats with coins.
PlayFree every two hours. Raises joy and uses a little energy.
RestFree every hour. Restores energy; the more comfortable the cottage, the stronger the rest.
CleanFree every three hours. Clean goes back to 100% with a small joy boost.
DecoratePlace beds, rugs, plants and lamps. Each piece adds comfort.
Work outEvery workout brings back joy and energy, plus food, coins and XP.

Needs drift slowly over time and never fall below 30%. There’s no sickness, no running away and no lost progress — missing a day is fine.

2 · Your hero

Stats you can only earn on the rope.

Tap your avatar to open the character sheet. Each stat starts at 1, explains where it comes from and tells you what the next point takes.

Power
Grows with your lifetime jumps.
Speed
Grows with your best pace in jumps per minute.
Stamina
Grows with your longest session.
Rhythm
Grows with your best combo and your longest streak.
Skill
Grows with every skill you practise, and more for each one you master.
Character sheet: Hoppity, Expert Sprinter, level 13 with 200 of 250 XP, trainer level 8 and 16 comfort.
Stats with explanations, such as Speed 31 from a best pace of 290 jumps per minute, and five gear slots: head, neck, feet, rope and charm.

Classes

Your highest stat sets your class:

  • Bouncer · Power
  • Sprinter · Speed
  • Marathoner · Stamina
  • Drummer · Rhythm
  • Trickster · Skill

Everyone starts as a Wanderer.

Ranks

Your companion’s level sets your title: Novice, Adept, Expert, Master and finally Legend at level 35.

Gear

Five slots — head, neck, feet, rope and charm — each add bonus stat points. Gear is bought with coins you earn by jumping, never with money.

3 · Adventure

Your real workout is the battle.

The world map is split into chapters — Neon Dojo first, then Frostbeat Hollow and beyond. Each path of foes ends at a guardian.

  • Your last hit, explained. The battle stage replays your most recent workout: jumps, best combo, then a multiplier from skill, steady cadence, companion power and stats.
  • A clear next step. See roughly how many steady jumps the win needs, then tap Jump to attack to start a workout.
  • Stats matter, a little. Your hero’s stats and the cared-for bonus add up to 60% more damage, so practice always does most of the work.
World map, chapter 1 Neon Dojo: Slime Guard and Shadow Rat defeated, Pixel Spider current, Neon Ronin and Dojo Master ahead.
Battle: Hoppity and Pixel Spider on a low-poly grass arena. Your last hit: 1,216 damage from 1,520 jumps, best combo 114 adding 57, and a 0.96 multiplier.

4 · Quest board

Something to aim for every day and every week.

Switch from the map to the quest board to see everything in one place.

Quest board: three daily quests with XP and coin rewards, the Weekly Guardian Gale Warden at 2,350 of 6,000, and a five-day Rhythm Chain.

Daily quests

Fresh goals every morning, tracked automatically as you jump — minutes, jumps or a skill like double unders.

Weekly Guardian

A big foe sized to your last 14 days. Every workout that week strikes it.

Rhythm Chain

Jump on a new day to add a note. Rest Notes cover a missed day, so one busy evening doesn’t break it.

Challenges

Bigger goals with a reward to claim when you finish.

Season trail

A seasonal path of rewards that fills in as you practise.

Expeditions

Send your companion on an expedition and collect the coins it brings home.

5 · After every workout

One card shows everything you earned.

When you finish, the reward card tells you how your companion liked it, the XP, coins, companion XP and snacks you found, which stats grew, and the damage you dealt on the map and to the weekly Guardian.

Workout reward card: Nova loved that, plus 341 XP, 101 coins, 258 companion XP and 5 snacks found; +3 Power, +13 Speed, +9 Stamina, +3 Rhythm; 556 damage on the map, Slime Guard defeated, 423 damage to the weekly Guardian.
